Hi, I am Cheyenne. For 25 years, my mission has been to create wealth for all.

 

A Cum Laude graduate in 2004 from the University of Georgia, I taught myself Spanish while studying Education. As a veteran teacher, I empowered & educated thousands of students. 

 

In 2007, I founded Lingüa, an International School & total language solutions company based in Savannah, Georgia. I developed whole-family language coaching called Raising Little Linguists®. 

 

In 2010, I was invited by Savannah Technical College to create their bespoke Spanish curriculum. In 2013, Lingüa was honored to be awarded the Small Business Rockstar Award by the State of Georgia & Lt. Governor Casey Cagle. The company was also recognized by the Bryan County News, Richmond Hill Reflections (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jujR0yUFJ6M), & the Georgia Economic Developers Association. Finally, we were honored to receive the regional award Best Kids Language Classes- SouthEast from RedTricycle. (redtri.com-now tinybeans.com). 

 

In 2016, we made the difficult decision to leave Savannah. While I was passionate about the company I had built, Savannah was not my home and I longed for Greenville. I knew that I would have to leave Lingüa behind, and Greenville was worth it. Armed with my mission of elevating everyone, real estate offered the perfect opportunity to make an even greater impact. 

 

Since 2017, I have been committed to record-setting excellence and concierge-level service, consistently negotiating the best price and terms for my clients. While I can also list accolades & awards in Real Estate (President’s Award, Top Producer 2018-2024, Culture Award, Capper, etc) The best thing I can report is the life-changing wealth I have created for my clients. 

 

Today not only do I lead real estate clients, I lead the leaders of Greenville to make the impact that I have made.  Whether it is coaching business or coaching real estate, My customers quickly become clients because they recognize the same level of service that they expect from their accountant, doctor, or attorney.
